Your role

The Customer Supply Chain Analyst (Walmart and Loblaws) delivers actionable analytics, insights, and recommendations that improve POS performance, supply chain performance, and operational efficiency. This role analyzes customer and supply chain data combined with POS performance to identify trends, forecast risks, uncover root causes, quantify opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making.

Working closely with Customer Service, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, and customers, the Analyst translates complex data into clear business insights and drives execution of initiatives that improve POS Performance, on shelf availability, reduce fines, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

What you will accomplish daily

  • onduct weekly forecast and demand analytics, identifying forecast variance, trends, risks, and growth opportunities, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Analyze customer supply chain performance and identify opportunities to minimize out of stocks, improve efficiency, and optimize on shelf availability.
  • Develop and maintain analytical models, dashboards, scorecards, and reporting to monitor customer and supply chain performance.
  • Analyze key customer Supply Chain KPIs, including Fill Rate, On Shelf Availability/ In stocks, Vendor Deliveries, forecast accuracy, and other service measures, identifying performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Support planning and execution analytics for New Product launches, Discontinuations, Key Seasons, Promotions, and other customer initiatives. Ensure new item set-up is in line with sales forecast and like item benchmarks.
  • Identify trends and exceptions within large data sets and translate findings into concise, actionable business insights.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer teams to investigate performance issues and develop cross-functional solutions.
  • Act as a key analytical representative on cross-functional projects, providing data, insights, and recommendations to support execution.

What you need to join our team

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Analytics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
  • 4-6 years of relevant exper
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, PivotTables, lookups, data manipulation, and analytical modeling.
  • Experience with data visualization or business intelligence tools such as Power BI is an asset.
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is an asset.
  • Strong understanding of Supply Chain processes within a Consumer Packaged Goods environment.
  • Understanding of forecasting, demand planning, customer service metrics, and supply chain performance management.
