1. Information we receive

• Information you enter, including your email address, job preferences, quiz answers, profile details and messages to support.
• Files and links you choose to add, such as a résumé or LinkedIn profile URL.
• Technical and usage information, including IP address, user-agent, browser language, device type, operating system, pages visited, quiz progress and the source of your visit.
• Payment and subscription information provided by a payment processor if paid access is available. Payment card details are handled by the processor rather than the quiz.

2. How we use information

We use your information to run the site, save your progress, build your job feed, maintain your account, provide support and communicate about your subscription. We also use limited usage information to understand where the service fails or needs improvement, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

Where permitted, we may use your contact information to send service updates or marketing messages. You can opt out of marketing messages using the instructions in those messages or by contacting us.

3. Cookies and analytics

Cookies and similar storage help keep your quiz session, account and preferences available between visits. We may also use measurement tools to understand visits and campaign performance. Browser settings can limit some storage, although doing so may affect account or quiz features.

4. Sharing information

We share information with service providers only as needed to host the site, store data, process payments, deliver messages, measure performance or support users. Those providers process information for their assigned services. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the service or users, or as part of a business transfer.

Following a link to an employer or job board takes you to a separate service. Information you provide there is governed by that service's own privacy policy.

5. Storage, security and transfers

We retain information for as long as it is needed to provide the service, resolve requests, protect our systems and meet legal requirements. Retention may differ by data type and account status. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Service providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards for those transfers.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may be able to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information, or object to certain processing. 7. Children and changes

RemoteAmigo is intended for adults and is not designed for people under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information, contact us so we can review it.
