Terms of Use

1. Using the service

RemoteAmigo brings job listings from multiple sources into a searchable feed. You can filter listings, save jobs, manage your preferences and follow links to apply on the original source. We do not employ the companies shown in the feed and do not submit an application for you unless a feature expressly says otherwise.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase access. Use the service lawfully and provide accurate information when you register or contact us.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account credentials and activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone has gained access without permission. We may restrict access when needed to protect the service or respond to a breach of these Terms.

3. Job listings and third-party sites

Listings, salary information, locations and application requirements can change after we collect them. Check the original posting before applying. We cannot promise that a listing is still open, that an employer will respond, or that using RemoteAmigo will lead to an interview or a job.

When you leave RemoteAmigo through an application link, the destination site operates under its own terms and privacy practices. Review those terms before sharing information there.

4. Subscriptions, renewal and cancellation

If paid access is offered, the checkout screen will show the plan length, currency, amount due now, renewal amount and frequency, and any introductory discount before you agree to pay. A recurring plan renews on the terms shown at checkout until it is cancelled.

You can request cancellation through the account controls provided for your plan or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals; access already paid for continues for the remainder of the current period unless the checkout terms say otherwise. Keep your cancellation confirmation for your records.

Refunds are handled under our Money-Back Policy and any rights that applicable law gives you. An introductory price does not change the renewal terms shown at checkout.

5. Your content

You retain rights to the profile information, answers and files you submit. You allow us to store and process that content only as needed to provide and improve the service, maintain your account, and meet legal obligations. Do not upload content that you do not have the right to share.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service to break the law, interfere with other users, or send harmful code.
• Do not scrape, resell or republish the service or its listings at scale without permission.
• Do not attempt to access accounts, systems or data that are not yours.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep RemoteAmigo available and accurate, but features may change or be interrupted. The service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or a particular job-search outcome. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, RemoteAmigo is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate third-party listings, an employer's decisions, or a third-party application site. Our total liability for claims relating to paid access is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, except where the law does not permit that limit.

8. Changes and disputes

We may update these Terms as the service changes. Material changes will be announced through the service or by email. The revised Terms apply from the date stated in the notice; changes will not remove rights you have already acquired under applicable law.

Mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence continue to apply. Contact us first if you have a concern so we can try to resolve it.
