Under the direction of the Head, Talent Attraction, the Talent Attraction Specialist will lead the full cycle recruitment process of sourcing and recruiting talent for job openings across the organization focused on the Home Office. The Talent Attraction Specialist will be involved in executing recruitment initiatives and programs for Recipe including, employer branding, campus, metric reporting, and administrative duties as required. As a TA Specialist, you will assist and support Recipe’s People mandate and complete tasks and objectives throughout the year. The Talent Attraction Specialist will grow and expand their experience and gain exposure to a variety of Talent Attraction related matters to support critical business initiatives.

What you will be doing in this role:

  • Ensure the best candidate experience, end to end, in the full recruitment life cycle process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer letter stage and onboarding
  • Develop strong partnerships with stakeholders across the business to support recruitment initiatives at home office and field.
  • Administer and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), optimizing workflows, job postings, and candidate data to improve hiring efficiency and ensure accurate, compliant recordkeeping.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including vendors, campus partners and professional organizations to support the recruitment across the organization
  • Lead sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Resume to ensure to a strategic strong pipeline of candidates
  • Organize and participate in job fairs, career events, and employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's visibility
  • Lead training calls/presentations related to recruitment tools and resources for our brands
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of recruitment strategies and processes
  • Support the build of an effective social media presence by sharing content and driving engagement through social channels

What we are looking for from you:

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience (a mix of agency and corporate experience preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree and/or college diploma (in Human Resources or in a related field is an asset)
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Proven ability to build strong working relationships across the business
  • 3+ years experience maintaining and administering an Applicant Tracking System (Dayforce Preferred)
  • Excellent time management with sense of urgency and prioritization with an ownership mindset
  • Adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity and change
  • Possess strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Have strong organizational skills with a focus on details and accuracy
  • Demonstrated the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment while also working independently with professionalism and accountability
  • Passion for creating a positive candidate experience and promoting a strong employer brand

Browse remote openings on Remote Amigo. Search by job title or keyword, then choose Remote in the work format filter. Check each listing for location or country requirements.

How do I narrow the results?

Choose a country, work format, minimum annual salary, and experience level. You can change or clear the filters at any time.

What will I see on a job page?

Each listing shows the role, company, location, work format, salary when available, skills when provided, and a job description.

Do I need an account to browse jobs?

No. You can search and read the available listings without signing in.

Does this site submit job applications for me?

Why do some jobs have no salary listed?

Some listings do not include pay information. We show a salary when it is available and leave it out when it is not provided.

Is the salary filter a monthly or annual amount?

The minimum salary field uses US dollars per year. It filters listings that have comparable salary information.
