We're looking for an exceptional Head of Marketing to lead our brand into its next chapter. This is a rare opportunity to shape how millions of customers experience Accessorize across social, digital, retail and every touchpoint in between. The role is responsible for leading our brand marketing and creative strategy, ensuring Accessorize remains culturally relevant, distinctive and connected to its customer.
Leading both our Marketing and Creative teams, you'll bring inspiring campaigns, compelling content and memorable brand experiences to life. From social-first storytelling and influencer partnerships to PR, creative direction and seasonal campaigns, you'll play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, engagement and growth.
What You'll Do
- Define and deliver the Accessorize brand and marketing strategy.
- Lead integrated campaigns that inspire customers and deliver commercial results.
- Shape and evolve the creative vision of the Accessorize brand across all channels.
- Drive a social-first approach to content creation and brand storytelling.
- Develop PR, influencer and partnership activity that builds brand love and relevance.
- Partner closely with Digital Marketing, CRM, Ecommerce, Buying, Merchandising and Retail teams to create a seamless customer journey.
- Lead, coach and inspire talented Marketing and Creative teams.
What We're Looking For
You'll be an experienced senior marketing leader with a background in fashion, accessories, beauty or lifestyle retail. You'll have a strong track record of building brands, leading creative teams and delivering impactful campaigns that connect with customers and drive results.
We're looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with creativity, commercial awareness and a genuine passion for fashion, culture and customer trends. You'll be a collaborative leader who can inspire teams, influence stakeholders and bring new ideas to life.
