As a Business Transformation Consultant, you'll join the local market leader in Consulting and work in diverse, high-performing teams on projects for major organizations in Greece and abroad. You'll help clients rethink how work gets done: redesigning processes end to end, building operating models that last and putting AI agents, automation and data to work where they create real value.

Your Key Responsibilities

In this high-visibility role as a Business Transformation Consultant, you will participate in challenging global, regional and local projects and are expected to:

• Uncover the real problem: Take part in client workshops and interviews. Gather information, understand pain points and find improvement opportunities, spotting the real root causes behind the obvious symptoms.
• Map, measure and redesign: Analyze, improve and document end-to-end business processes and operating models, using data, best-practice frameworks and structured problem-solving. Measure performance with KPIs and data. Design leaner, more automated and better-controlled ways of working.
• Harness technology: Help assess where AI, automation, process mining and analytics can remove waste and friction, improve decisions, strengthen control and create measurable value.
• Create and deliver: Turn analysis into clear, high-quality deliverables such as process maps, assessments, target operating models, business cases, roadmaps and executive presentations.
• Grow the business: Contribute to business development, including proposals, market research, thought leadership and new service offerings to help us stay ahead of what clients will need next.
• Build something new: Help evolve our methods, accelerators and toolkits as we grow.
• Invest in yourself: Maintain a continuous desire to learn, build your professional toolkit through formal training, certifications and on-the-job coaching, and share what you learn with your team.

To qualify for the role you must have

• A university degree in engineering, business, economics, finance, mathematics, physics, computer science or a related quantitative field, with a strong academic record
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and comfort working with numbers, data and ambiguity
• Practical experience using generative AI tools to work smarter (e.g., Microsoft Copilot)
• Ability to build clear analyses and communicate them visually
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Greek and English
• Willingness to travel and work abroad when projects require it

Ideally, you’ll also

While not required, any of the following will be regarded positively:

• A Master's degree or MBA, particularly in operations, management, engineering, business, analytics, computer science or a related field
• Internship or early-career experience (up to 2 years) in consulting, professional services or a transformation, operations or process excellence role/ project
• Lean and/or Six Sigma certification (Yellow or Green Belt), or practical exposure to continuous improvement methods
• Familiarity with process modeling and mining, and with relevant tools (e.g. SAP Signavio, ARIS, Celonis, Visio)
• Data and analytics skills, such as Power BI, SQL, Python or low-code and automation platforms (e.g., Power Automate)
• Exposure to Agile ways of working or project management basics (e.g., Scrum, PRINCE2 or CAPM foundation)
• Understanding of how a company's processes connect end to end (e.g., procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report), including awareness of internal controls and risk.
