Depending on your experience, you will join us as an
Analyst, Consultant or Manager
, taking increasing responsibility for solving complex client challenges, leading workstreams and teams, and shaping strategic decisions with senior stakeholders.

Your Impact
Data & AI Value Realization- Define advanced analytics and AI strategies, including GenAI and Agentic AI, aligned with enterprise ambitions and business priorities
- Identify, prioritize and scale AI / GenAI use cases across the value chain
- Define enterprise analytics and reporting strategies, including KPI frameworks, management information and decision-support models Responsible AI & AI Governance- Design and operationalize Responsible AI frameworks, covering ethics, transparency, regulatory compliance and AI risk management
- Define AI governance models, including decision rights, controls, accountability structures and model lifecycle oversight Data Foundation & Operating Model- Define enterprise data strategies spanning data architecture, Data Mesh and data product concepts, master data, metadata and data quality, as well as data security and privacy
- Design and implement Data & AI Operating Models, including data governance structures, roles, processes and ways of working Transformation, Culture & Value- Build business cases, investment roadmaps and transformation plans for data and AI initiatives
- Drive data-driven culture and adoption, supporting leadership engagement, behavioral change and decision-making transformation
Leadership & Client Engagement
Depending on your level of experience, you will take increasing responsibility for:
- Leading workstreams and project teams on client engagements
- Engaging with senior stakeholders and acting as a trusted advisor on Data & AI topics
- Managing client relationships and ensuring high-quality delivery and business outcomes
- Supporting and developing junior team members
- Contributing to the growth of our Data & AI Strategy practice Your Impact Data & AI Value Realization

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED
:
Experience & Background- Higher degree, preferably in IT, Data Science, Big Data, Computer Science, Quantitative Methods or a related field, with strong academic performance
- Experience in strategy consulting, Data & AI advisory, technology strategy or related roles:
- Analyst: minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Consultant: minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Manager: minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including experience in leading projects and managing client relationships
- Strong understanding of how data and AI enable business transformation and value creation
- For Manager candidates, a proven track record of leading teams, delivering complex engagements and working with senior client stakeholders
Data & AI Knowledge
Solid understanding of tools, frameworks and technologies within
at least one
of the following areas:
- Cloud data platforms (e.g. Azure, Google Cloud, AWS)
- Machine Learning & AI platforms (e.g. Azure ML, SageMaker, Vertex AI)
- GenAI / Agentic AI tools (e.g. LangChain, Lovable, AutoGen, Zapier)
- Data Catalogs & Metadata Management (e.g. Collibra, Informatica)
- BI ecosystems (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) Skills & Mindset- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate complex Data & AI topics into clear executive-level narratives
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with increasing leadership expectations for more senior roles
- Excellent communication skills in English; an additional foreign language (e.g. German, French, Arabic) is a strong asset
- Collaborative working style and comfort operating in fast-evolving environments
- Growth mindset, curiosity and strong motivation to solve client challenges

- Traveling to work with prestigious clients and deliver large-scale transformational change. We deliver our work in hybrid model, remotely, in our offices but also traveling and working closely with our Clients in their offices. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. That is why traveling declaration, willingness and ability to work at client locations mostly across Europe and beyond, for short or long term, is required.
