Your role
Supply Chain PMO provides project management and operational support for end-to-end product and regulatory initiatives, ensuring accurate project execution, governance compliance, and timely reporting.
Your tasks
- Maintain project data, stage gate documentation, and change requests within Beacon and other project management systems.
- Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and track actions.
- Monitor project schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and project trackers.
- Support project reporting, dashboard updates, and governance activities.
- Assist with project setup, planning, closure activities, and lessons learned documentation.
- Ensure consistent application of project management processes, templates, and best practices.
Your profile
- 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, project management support, PMO, supply chain, or related business functions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, roject Management or related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
- Experience with project management or workflow systems (e.g., Beacon, SAP, Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar) is preferred.
- Fluent English.
- Readiness to work in a shift system (08:00–16:00 and 16:00–24:00), with availability to work the late shift up to 2-3 times per week.
