Project Manager, Home Center Marketing (Contract)

  • $45-$55/hour DOE
  • 6-Month Contract

We're seeking an organized and proactive Project Manager to support marketing initiatives for a major home improvement retail channel. This role will manage product launches, merchandising programs, digital content, photography projects, retailer marketing materials, and large-scale events while partnering with cross-functional teams to drive projects from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple marketing projects, timelines, budgets, and deliverables simultaneously.
  • Coordinate product launches, including digital content, photography, merchandising materials, packaging, signage, and in-store graphics.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Creative, Graphics, and Studio teams to ensure accurate, on-time execution.
  • Support development of marketing collateral, presentations, retailer-facing content, and digital campaigns.
  • Review marketing materials for quality, consistency, and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to support project execution.
  • Assist with planning and execution of a major annual retailer event and trade show.

Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of experience in Marketing, Project Management, Merchandising, Account Management, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management platforms such as Monday.com, Smartsheet, Workfront, or similar tools.
  • Experience in retail, consumer products, home improvement, building products, or related industries is a plus.

Schedule & Travel

  • Hybrid work schedule based in the Dallas area.
  • Travel required for a major industry event during the contract period.
  • Has to be okay with working during Holidays (flexible on majors).
