About the role
Job Overview
About Us
A Place At Home is a nationally recognized senior care franchise, and we're launching a new, locally owned agency serving the SouthPark, Ballantyne, and Matthews/Union County communities. We're building an agency defined by exceptional care quality, and we're looking for a founding RN Agency Director to help set that standard from day one.
The Role
As our RN Agency Director / Clinical Supervisor, you'll be the clinical heart of the agency — responsible for care quality, client wellbeing, and caregiver excellence. This is a rare chance to help build something from the ground up and shape how care is delivered.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative direction and clinical oversight for the agency, in compliance with NC home care regulations
- Conduct in-home client assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Supervise, support, and mentor the caregiving team to deliver the highest standard of care
- Oversee clinical quality, documentation, and regulatory compliance
- Serve as the clinical point of contact for clients and families
- Partner with the owner to build a caring, professional, and reliable agency
What We're Looking For:
- Active, unrestricted North Carolina RN license (required)
- A genuine passion for senior care and for doing right by clients and families
- Home care, home health, hospice, or geriatric experience (a strong plus)
- Supervisory or leadership experience (a plus, not required)
- A founding-team mindset — someone who wants to help build, not just clock in
Why Join Us:
- Ground-floor opportunity with a founding role and real influence
- Flexible part-time start that grows into a larger role as the agency expands
- Backed by an established national franchise system and a committed local owner
- Build the kind of care operation you've always wished you worked for
If you're an RN who believes great care starts with great people, we'd love to hear from you.
Pay: $45.00 - $65.00 per hour
Expected hours: 3.0 – 7.0 per week
License/Certification:
- Active North Carolina RN license (Required)
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Charlotte, NC (Mecklenburg County)
