Target Compensation:
$80,000 - $100,000
Key Responsibilities For The Senior Accountant
- Lead and support the monthly financial close and consolidation process across multiple entities.
- Prepare journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and cost allocations to maintain general ledger accuracy.
- Prepare and file sales, use, local, state, and federal tax-related schedules and returns.
- Develop ad hoc financial reporting and analysis to support management decision-making.
- Identify and implement process improvements that increase accounting efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications For The Senior Accountant
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of accounting experience with strong US GAAP knowledge.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookup functions.
- CPA designation or CPA eligibility preferred.
