Fabletics is currently looking for an

Sr. Videographer.

We are looking for an experienced and highly creative

Sr.

Videographer

with a strong eye for cinematography, lighting, composition, and visual storytelling. This role is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable executing a creative vision and contributing ideas of their own—from selecting the right camera and lens package to designing lighting setups and capturing compelling imagery on set.

The ideal candidate has

5–7 years of professional video production experience

, a deep technical understanding of cameras and lenses, and the creative instincts to translate concepts into polished, visually distinctive content across multiple platforms.

This position will report to the Director of Post Production.

Responsibilities

  • Film a wide range of content, including editorial campaigns, website and e-commerce assets, social content, behind-the-scenes footage, brand storytelling, and other creative video projects.
  • Own camera execution on set, including camera setup, exposure, frame rates, codecs, color profiles, monitoring, and other technical camera settings.
  • Select appropriate cameras, lenses, focal lengths, filtration, and supporting equipment based on the creative and technical needs of each shoot.
  • Be able to design and execute lighting setups independently, with a strong understanding of shaping light, exposure, contrast, color temperature, diffusion, and lighting talent and products effectively.
  • Apply a strong sense of cinematography, composition, camera movement, lighting, and visual style to elevate content beyond basic coverage.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Production, Post-Production, and other cross-functional partners to develop concepts and determine the best visual approach for each project.
  • Actively contribute to creative ideation, bringing references, shot ideas, lighting concepts, camera techniques, and new approaches to video content.
  • Maintain, organize, and care for camera, lens, lighting, and related production equipment, ensuring gear is production-ready.
  • Manage footage responsibly on set and after production, including media organization, transfers, backups, and handoff to Post-Production.
  • Stay current with evolving camera technology, lenses, lighting techniques, cinematography trends, and production workflows.

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of professional experience in videography, cinematography, or a similar production role.
  • Advanced knowledge of cameras, including camera settings, exposure, frame rates, codecs, color profiles, and on-set monitoring.
  • Deep understanding of lenses and focal lengths and how lens selection affects perspective, depth, compression, movement, and overall visual style.
  • Strong hands-on lighting experience with the ability to build and modify lighting setups independently.
  • Understanding of grip, lighting modifiers, diffusion, negative fill, practical lighting, and other tools used to shape an image.
  • Ideal candidate brings foundational AI literacy, including experience using generative AI tools, and a proactive mindset to experiment with new technologies to drive productivity and innovation.

The annual base salary range for this position is from $80,000-$90,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
