A day in the life of…
As a Room Attendant, you will play a key part in providing an exceptional welcome to our Guests ensuring they are looked after and attended to in a timely and professional manner. You will clean guest bedrooms and bathrooms and ensure linen is laundered and amenities are replenished. Complying fully with all regulations relating to Health Safety, Food Handling, Fire Procedures and COSHH and ensuring that the hotel's reputation for excellent customer service is upheld. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring that guests have a first class enjoyable and comfortable stay.
What do we need from you?
- Attention to detail: it’s essential that you have a keen eye for detail to ensure that guest rooms and common areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
- Time management skills: in this busy role, must be able to manage their time effectively to ensure that all rooms are cleaned within the allotted timeframe.
- Communication skills: You should be able to communicate effectively with other hotel staff and guests, including receiving and responding to guest requests and inquiries.
- Most importantly, to be successful in this role, you will be passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience and living through our brand standards
