About the Job / Head of E-commerce

Base:Milan, Italy

We are OPPO’s authorized distributor in Italy and looking for a Head of E-commerce – Italy to lead and grow our e-commerce business across Amazon, TikTok Shop and OPPO Store.

This role will take overall ownership of the e-commerce business in Italy, with direct responsibility for sales, profitability and sustainable growth, while leading the local e-commerce team and collaborating closely with regional and cross-functional teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Take overall responsibility for the performance of the Italian e-commerce business, including sales, profitability and business growth across Amazon, TikTok Shop and DTC channels.
  • Define the e-commerce strategy, annual business plan and budget, and drive execution to achieve business targets.
  • Lead Amazon operations as the key local business interface, collaborating closely with the European regional team to execute product strategies, promotions, marketing campaigns and key projects.
  • Manage and develop TikTok Shop and DTC e-commerce operations, continuously improving product strategy, customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Establish a data-driven business analysis framework and monitor key metrics including sales, profitability, traffic and conversion rate to identify opportunities and drive improvement.
  • Coordinate closely with Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance and other teams to ensure efficient operations and successful project delivery.
  • Lead the e-commerce team, including talent development, performance management and capability building.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in E-commerce, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 5+ years of e-commerce experience, including 3+ years of team management experience.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Amazon and TikTok Shop business models.
  • Strong commercial mindset and business analysis skills, with the ability to manage sales, profitability and growth.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and project management skills.
  • Fluent English as a working language.
  • Experience in the Italian or European market is highly preferred.
