Key Responsibilities
- Hire, train, evaluate, and develop staff, ensuring productivity aligns with departmental objectives.
- Participate in staffing, budgeting, and responding to operational changes to meet financial and service goals.
- Oversee patient care delivery, ensuring interventions are appropriate for patients' age and needs, and document accordingly.
- Create and implement care plans based on assessments and medical treatment.
- Manage staff scheduling, payroll, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions, ensuring staff productivity and adherence to policies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Required: Nursing diploma/associate's degree, RN license, 2-5 years of experience, supervisory experience preferred.
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in nursing, 5-10 years of experience, less than 2 years of supervisory experience.
