We’re looking for a Junior Sales Associate to join our Richmond team and represent our clients’ products and services in a retail environment. This is a customer-facing position focused on creating positive customer experiences, providing product information, and supporting sales.
No previous sales experience is required. Paid training is provided to help you build your product knowledge, communication, and sales skills.
What You’ll Do as a Junior Sales Associate:
- Engage directly with customers in a retail setting
- Learn about and explain products, services, and promotions
- Recommend products and services based on customer needs
- Assist customers throughout the sales process
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
- Participate in ongoing sales and product training
