Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborers to support daily operations at an industrial pipe yard, Coating Department in Midland and Amelia, LA. This position involves physical labor, material handling, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and assisting yard and production personnel with various tasks.
Flexible to work over-time and weekends.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Load, unload, move, and organize industrial pipes and materials.
- Assist with preparing pipe and materials for shipment.
- Use basic hand tools and equipment as instructed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist operators and other yard personnel with daily tasks.
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times.
- Perform general cleanup and housekeeping throughout the yard.
- Inspect materials for visible damage and report issues to supervisors.
- Perform other general labor duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a sandblasting , coating, pipe yard, construction, manufacturing, or industrial environment.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. as needed.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to work around industrial equipment, pipes, and other materials.
Schedule:
Full-time schedule; specific hours and overtime requirements may vary based on operational needs.
Safety:
All employees are required to follow established safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) while working in the pipe yard.
