The Warehouse Associate is the backbone of GrowthSpoke's daily operations. This role is responsible for executing the work that keeps our warehouse running — accurately, efficiently, and safely. Associates are expected to take ownership of their work, support their team, and contribute to a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Flexibility across departments is an expectation of this role. Operational needs shift throughout the day, and associates are expected to shift with them.

- Pack and prepare outbound orders according to client specifications, quality standards, and company procedures.
- Receive, sort, put away, and organize inbound freight, stock, and materials in the correct locations.
- Stock shelves, racks, bins, and pallets accurately; attach identifying tags or labels as required.

- Participate in warehouse cleanup and organization tasks as assigned.
Teamwork
- Work across all warehouse departments as directed by your Team Lead or Supervisor based on daily operational needs.
- Support any department that needs assistance — volume, staffing, and priorities shift throughout the day.
- When assigned tasks are complete, seek out your Team Lead for additional work.
