About the role

We're looking for an experienced Business Development leader to grow Bybit Card, Bybit Pay and Bybit Fiat services through affiliates, KOLs, creators and communities. You'll directly manage a regional team of Business Developers and be responsible for turning affiliate activity into profitable new-user growth, first transactions, payment volume and revenue.

You'll hire and coach Business Developers, set regional priorities and incentives, and put clear processes in place to track results across markets. You'll also work with Payments leadership to turn product launches into campaigns. Selected B2B opportunities are part of the role, but dedicated internal teams handle the deeper negotiation, contracting and onboarding of qualified merchant and PSP leads.

What you will own
  • Hire, coach and manage Business Developers across priority markets. Set clear responsibilities and targets, recognize strong performance and address gaps early.
  • Decide where the team focuses its time and resources based on regional opportunities, partner performance and business priorities.
  • Grow affiliate, KOL, creator and community channels. Help BDs find the right partners, negotiate terms, get them active and develop relationships that continue to perform.
  • Build repeatable affiliate plans for Card, Pay and Fiat product launches, with the campaigns, content, landing pages and tracking needed to support them.
  • Set commission and incentive structures for BDs and partners. Reward meaningful promotion and measurable acquisition while keeping partner economics sustainable.
  • Put clear processes in place for pipeline management, account ownership, reporting and forecasting. Use the data to identify what works and replicate it across regions.
  • Help the team identify and qualify merchant, PSP and other payments opportunities, then hand strong leads to the relevant internal teams. Support strategic discussions when senior BD input is needed.
  • Work with Marketing, Growth, Product, Operations, Legal, Compliance and Finance to resolve blockers and keep partner activity moving.
What success looks like
  • Affiliate and KOL partners consistently promote the right products and bring in users who activate and transact.
  • The team can show results by market, BD, partner and channel, including first transactions, payment volume and revenue.
  • New launches have a reliable plan for activating relevant partners quickly.
  • BDs know what they own and can execute with limited day-to-day escalation to Payments leadership.
  • Incentives support growth without rewarding low-quality acquisition or unsustainable partner spend.
What we are looking for
  • Experience directly leading, hiring and developing a regional or distributed BD, affiliate or partnerships team.
  • A track record of building an affiliate or partner-led growth program from the ground up, including its incentives, processes and performance measures.
  • Strong knowledge of KOL, creator, affiliate and community acquisition, and the ability to judge partner quality and return on investment.
  • Experience managing a team against measurable acquisition, transaction-volume or revenue goals, including addressing underperformance.
  • The ability to turn business priorities into clear plans for a team and use performance data to change course when needed.
  • Commercial negotiation skills and the judgment to support important partnerships without losing focus on team performance.
  • Experience in crypto, iGaming, fintech, consumer apps or another affiliate-led business is highly desirable. An existing partner network is a strong plus; knowledge of merchants and PSPs is also useful.

Frequently asked questions

Answers about finding your next role

What can I search for?

Search by job title or keyword, then browse remote, hybrid, and onsite openings in one list.

Where can I find remote jobs?

Browse remote openings on Remote Amigo. Search by job title or keyword, then choose Remote in the work format filter. Check each listing for location or country requirements.

How do I narrow the results?

Choose a country, work format, minimum annual salary, and experience level. You can change or clear the filters at any time.

What will I see on a job page?

Each listing shows the role, company, location, work format, salary when available, skills when provided, and a job description.

Do I need an account to browse jobs?

No. You can search and read the available listings without signing in.

Does this site submit job applications for me?

No. You can search and review listings here. The Apply button starts the job preference quiz; it does not submit an application to an employer.

Where do the jobs come from?

Listings are imported from public job feeds and job sites. Job details may change at the original source, so confirm the latest information before applying.

How recent are the listings?

Search results include listings with a publication date in the last 30 days. If a source provides no publication date, the import date is used; the actual posting may be older.

Can I search for remote jobs only?

Yes. Select Remote in the job type filter to show remote listings. You can switch to Hybrid or Onsite whenever you want.

What is the difference between remote, hybrid, and onsite?

Remote roles are intended to be done away from an office. Hybrid roles combine remote and office work. Onsite roles are based at a workplace. Always read the listing for its exact location requirements.

Can I filter jobs by country?

Yes. Choose a country in the search form to narrow the listings. A remote role may still have country restrictions, so check its description before applying.

Why do some jobs have no salary listed?

Some listings do not include pay information. We show a salary when it is available and leave it out when it is not provided.

Is the salary filter a monthly or annual amount?

The minimum salary field uses US dollars per year. It filters listings that have comparable salary information.

Can I change or clear my search filters?

Yes. Change the keyword, country, job type, salary, or level in the search form. You can clear individual fields and run a broader search again.
