Role Overview

The Product Manager is responsible for defining, prioritizing, and managing product capabilities that enable solutions across EMEA markets. This role serves as the bridge between customers, commercial teams, operations, market enablement, and technology teams to ensure product investments deliver measurable customer value while maintaining scalability, standardization, and operational excellence.

The Product Manager will own product requirements, feature prioritization, roadmap execution, backlog management, and cross-functional alignment. They will partner closely with Product Leadership, Market Enablement, Platform Engineering, Operations, Customer Enablement, and Customer Care teams to deliver new capabilities and continuously improve the product based on customer feedback and operational learnings.

Job Responsibilities

Product Strategy and Roadmap

  • Support development and execution of the Market Measurement product vision and roadmap.
  • Align product priorities with customer needs, market opportunities, business objectives, and expansion goals.
  • Evaluate opportunities and contribute to investment and prioritization decisions.
  • Help balance standard global capabilities with market-specific requirements.

Product Requirements Management

  • Develop and maintain PRDs, user stories, business rules, acceptance criteria, workflows, and feature specifications.
  • Ensure traceability from customer requirements through delivered functionality.
  • Document and manage decisions, assumptions, dependencies, and trade-offs.
  • Maintain product backlogs and prioritization frameworks.

Customer and Market Discovery

  • Conduct customer interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions.
  • Gather and synthesize feedback from customers and stakeholders.
  • Translate customer and market needs into actionable capabilities.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer.

Cross-Functional Product Leadership

  • Partner with engineering, market enablement, operations, onboarding, and customer care teams.
  • Facilitate stakeholder alignment and manage competing priorities.
  • Drive product decisions and roadmap communications.
  • Support release readiness and go-to-market planning.

Product Governance and Standards

  • Define and maintain product standards, configuration guardrails, and business rules.
  • Support governance of scope, roadmap, and release prioritization.

Product Performance and Continuous Improvement

  • Define and monitor product success metrics.
  • Analyse customer feedback, adoption trends, and operational insights.
  • Identify enhancement opportunities and manage improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Product Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
  • MBA preferred
  • Extensive experience of Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or Data Product Management experience.
  • Fluent in English and preferred proficiency in German, French or Spanish.
  • Preferred Domain ExpertiseRetail analytics, CPG, POS data, market measurement, data products, customer analytics, product attribution and hierarchy management, and data governance/reporting solutions.
  • Knowledge, Skills & CompetenciesProduct strategy, roadmap development, backlog prioritization, requirements management, stakeholder management, executive communication, analytics, Agile methods, and collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Success MeasuresRoadmap delivery, customer adoption, requirement quality, stakeholder alignment, feature delivery, operational readiness, scalability, retention, and customer satisfaction
