Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to support the sales team by identifying potential customers, researching prospects, and maintaining accurate lead information in Salesforce. The ideal candidate will work closely with sales representatives to build and manage the prospect pipeline, following a sales support model similar to an established lead generation process.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential customers based on the company's target market.
  • Generate and qualify leads through online research, prospecting, and approved outreach methods.
  • Build and maintain prospect lists with accurate contact and company information.
  • Enter, update, and manage lead records in Salesforce.
  • Support Salesforce integration and workflows related to lead management and sales activities.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives to prioritize prospects and support pipeline development.
  • Track lead generation activities and maintain organized records of outreach and follow-ups.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating follow-ups with prospective customers, as needed.
  • Provide regular updates on lead generation activities and prospect status.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years previous experience in lead generation, sales support, prospect research, or a related role.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and lead management workflows is preferred.
  • Strong research, data entry, and organizational skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to identify relevant prospects and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other productivity tools.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working toward lead generation targets.
  • Experience supporting sales representatives or B2B sales teams is an advantage.
