The Position:Lattira Spec is our next-generation specification and product platform built on the NBS specification platform, enabling architects, engineers, and specifiers to write, manage, and connect specifications to BIM models—creating a true digital thread across design and construction. Trusted globally, NBS technology helps firms reduce risk, improve coordination, and write specifications up to 70% faster.

Hubexo North America is seeking a driven, strategic Account Executive to drive adoption of Lattira Spec across architectural, engineering, and design firms. This is a category-creation role: moving firms from Word-based specs or legacy tools to a collaborative, cloud-based specification platform integrated with BIM. Key Responsibilities:Own the full new business cycle across North America (AEC firms), from prospecting to closeBuild pipeline through targeted outreach into architects, engineers, and specifiers multi-channel outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn, video, and events)Convert inbound interest while proactively generating demandEngage Principals, Spec Writers, Architects, Engineers, Project Managers, BIM Managers, Technologist, and C-level stakeholders Diagnose specification workflows, inefficiencies, and risk pointsDeliver outcome-based demos showing faster specification writing, reduced RFIs, and better coordination.

Position the connection between specifications, BIM models, and project delivery Build ROI-driven business casesMaintain pipeline accuracy and CRM hygieneForecast accurately and communicate clearlyInfluence go-to-market messaging and positioningCollaborate with Product, Content, and Marketing teamsSkills and Experience: 3–7+ years of B2B new business sales experience (SaaS, ConTech, or AEC preferred)Proven ability to generate pipeline and close dealsStrong discovery and objection handling skillsAbility to understand and map AEC workflowsCredibility with technical stakeholdersExperience selling new products or categoriesHigh accountability and commercial mindsetFamiliarity with specifications, BIM, or construction workflows is an advantageWhy This Role is Different:You are not just selling software—you are changing how the industry writes and manages specifications.

You will help firms move from static documents to a collaborative, data-driven workflow integrated with BIM, playing a key role in building the North American specification category. Location and Travel:This role is 100% remote in the USA. Some travel is expected for customer meetings and industry events 20%.
