About the role

Who we are:

United Allergy Services is the largest allergy care provider in the U.S. We partner with physicians nationwide to bring allergy testing and immunotherapy directly into local clinics — expanding access to millions of patients who would otherwise go without care. We've helped more than 300,000 patients overcome their allergies and earned thousands of 5-star patient reviews along the way. Recently acquired by an ambitious team with deep experience in allergy pharmacy services, telemedicine, and technology, we're growing fast — and we want people who want to grow with us.

About the Role:

United Allergy Services is seeking a customer-focused professional to support physician practices and help ensure an excellent experience for customers and patients. In this remote role, you will build lasting customer relationships, resolve account and service issues, coordinate with internal teams, and help customers follow processes and best practices that lead to successful outcomes.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop key relationships with existing customers through frequent inbound and outbound calls, emails, and ongoing support.
  • Build productive customer relationships that support long-term business needs and retention.
  • Respond promptly to customer issues, including tier-one clinical questions, order fulfillment, invoice inquiries, payment allocation, claims or denials, and general service requests.
  • Support timely invoice payments and collections across an assigned portfolio of accounts.
  • Lead and participate in customer conference calls to strengthen relationships, provide education, and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Educate customers on process guidance and best practices to improve outcomes, retention, and account success.
  • Collaborate with teams across United Allergy Services to address customer concerns and see each issue through resolution.
  • Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory, and company policy requirements.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring:

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or a high school diploma with at least two years of experience in customer or patient support.

Healthcare experience: At least two years of experience in patient scheduling or billing in a high-volume healthcare office, clinical operations within an allergy center, or payer relations. Experience in two or more of these areas is strongly preferred.

Customer service skills: Experience managing and resolving issues in a high-touch customer service environment, both in person and by phone. Strong communication and presentation skills, sound problem-solving ability, and the capacity to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Experience meeting or exceeding quotas and performance metrics is preferred.

Technology skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database software. Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Salesforce is required, along with the ability to type at least 30 words per minute.

Why Join United Allergy Services?

Join a growing organization that is expanding access to allergy care nationwide. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact for physician partners and patients while building your career with an experienced, forward-looking team.

United Allergy Services is an equal opportunity employer. We value a diverse workforce and consider qualified applicants without regard to legally protected characteristics.

Frequently asked questions

Answers about finding your next role

What can I search for?

Search by job title or keyword, then browse remote, hybrid, and onsite openings in one list.

Where can I find remote jobs?

Browse remote openings on Remote Amigo. Search by job title or keyword, then choose Remote in the work format filter. Check each listing for location or country requirements.

How do I narrow the results?

Choose a country, work format, minimum annual salary, and experience level. You can change or clear the filters at any time.

What will I see on a job page?

Each listing shows the role, company, location, work format, salary when available, skills when provided, and a job description.

Do I need an account to browse jobs?

No. You can search and read the available listings without signing in.

Does this site submit job applications for me?

No. You can search and review listings here. The Apply button starts the job preference quiz; it does not submit an application to an employer.

Where do the jobs come from?

Listings are imported from public job feeds and job sites. Job details may change at the original source, so confirm the latest information before applying.

How recent are the listings?

Search results include listings with a publication date in the last 30 days. If a source provides no publication date, the import date is used; the actual posting may be older.

Can I search for remote jobs only?

Yes. Select Remote in the job type filter to show remote listings. You can switch to Hybrid or Onsite whenever you want.

What is the difference between remote, hybrid, and onsite?

Remote roles are intended to be done away from an office. Hybrid roles combine remote and office work. Onsite roles are based at a workplace. Always read the listing for its exact location requirements.

Can I filter jobs by country?

Yes. Choose a country in the search form to narrow the listings. A remote role may still have country restrictions, so check its description before applying.

Why do some jobs have no salary listed?

Some listings do not include pay information. We show a salary when it is available and leave it out when it is not provided.

Is the salary filter a monthly or annual amount?

The minimum salary field uses US dollars per year. It filters listings that have comparable salary information.

Can I change or clear my search filters?

Yes. Change the keyword, country, job type, salary, or level in the search form. You can clear individual fields and run a broader search again.
