About the role

About Engine

Engine is the AI-native platform for intelligent travel. For a decade, Engine has built the proprietary technology and supply behind modern business travel, serving over 40,000 customers and nearly 2 million travelers, along with leading travel and AI companies that build on Engine's infrastructure. One system powers business travel, group travel, human agents, and AI agents.

That work has earned recognition as one of Fast Company's Best Workplaces for Innovators (2025), TravelTech's Reservation Platform of the Year (2026), and one of Built In's Best Places to Work (2020–2026).

We're looking for bold, ambitious people to help redefine how businesses manage and experience travel. Working here, you can expect exponential growth, an ambitious pace, full ownership, and high-caliber colleagues who push you to do the best work of your career. Every hire raises the bar.

Come outpace the ordinary and build the future of travel with us.

Your Mission

As a Product Manager at Engine, you'll own one of the customer-facing products that businesses and travelers use every day. We're hiring across several teams, and you'll join one of them to own its product area. The problems differ from team to team, but the core of the job is the same: understand customers deeply, find where the experience breaks down, and ship products that make business travel simpler. Here's what you'll take charge of:

  • Own a product area end to end: Set the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your team's surface, and take features from discovery through launch and iteration.
  • Obsess over the customer experience: Bring a strong point of view on UX and use research, behavioral data, and customer conversations to decide what to build next.
  • Drive conversion, engagement, and retention: Define the north stars that matter for your area, dig into the funnel, and rapidly drive outcomes for customers and for Engine.
  • Be AI-native: Use AI every day to move faster, from prototyping and research synthesis to writing specs, and find where AI can make the customer experience simpler and more personal.
  • Lead cross-functionally: Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Sales, Operations, and Support to turn competing priorities into a clear, shared direction.

What You'll Bring to Engine

We're looking for someone who's ready to make an impact and grow alongside us:

  • Experience: 5+ years of hands-on product management experience, ideally with customer-facing products in marketplaces, booking, travel, e-commerce, or fintech. We're hiring across levels and will match scope to your background.
  • Skills: You're a strong generalist with sharp product sense, customer empathy, and a data-driven approach. You're as comfortable in a UX review as you are in a funnel analysis or an A/B test readout.
  • Tech-Savvy: You've shipped AI-powered or agentic products, or use modern AI tools in your day-to-day work.
  • Mindset: You move with urgency, communicate the "why" behind your decisions, and take ownership of outcomes.

We accept applications for this role on an ongoing basis. We review applications as they are received and encourage interested candidates to apply early.

Frequently asked questions

Answers about finding your next role

What can I search for?

Search by job title or keyword, then browse remote, hybrid, and onsite openings in one list.

Where can I find remote jobs?

Browse remote openings on Remote Amigo. Search by job title or keyword, then choose Remote in the work format filter. Check each listing for location or country requirements.

How do I narrow the results?

Choose a country, work format, minimum annual salary, and experience level. You can change or clear the filters at any time.

What will I see on a job page?

Each listing shows the role, company, location, work format, salary when available, skills when provided, and a job description.

Do I need an account to browse jobs?

No. You can search and read the available listings without signing in.

Does this site submit job applications for me?

No. You can search and review listings here. The Apply button starts the job preference quiz; it does not submit an application to an employer.

Where do the jobs come from?

Listings are imported from public job feeds and job sites. Job details may change at the original source, so confirm the latest information before applying.

How recent are the listings?

Search results include listings with a publication date in the last 30 days. If a source provides no publication date, the import date is used; the actual posting may be older.

Can I search for remote jobs only?

Yes. Select Remote in the job type filter to show remote listings. You can switch to Hybrid or Onsite whenever you want.

What is the difference between remote, hybrid, and onsite?

Remote roles are intended to be done away from an office. Hybrid roles combine remote and office work. Onsite roles are based at a workplace. Always read the listing for its exact location requirements.

Can I filter jobs by country?

Yes. Choose a country in the search form to narrow the listings. A remote role may still have country restrictions, so check its description before applying.

Why do some jobs have no salary listed?

Some listings do not include pay information. We show a salary when it is available and leave it out when it is not provided.

Is the salary filter a monthly or annual amount?

The minimum salary field uses US dollars per year. It filters listings that have comparable salary information.

Can I change or clear my search filters?

Yes. Change the keyword, country, job type, salary, or level in the search form. You can clear individual fields and run a broader search again.
