RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle emails & setup appointments with clients
  • Participate occasionally in zoom meetings & take notes and/or present to clients
  • Make basic changes/edits needed on WordPress websites to assist the seo team
  • Use seo tools as needed for basic tasks, etc
  • Work with variety of technologies (CRM, project management tools, seo tools, gsuite, google spreadsheets)
  • Collaborate with our marketing team & assist with work needed for fulfilling projects
  • Check or assign out basic tasks on basecamp to teams when needed
  • Place online orders from our vendors
  • Basic misc. tasks to help out the business from research, posting hiring ads, posting social media posts, etc

REQUIREMENTS

  • English native language fluency level
  • 2 years experience in an admin position and/or virtual assistant position. Bonus points if you have experience working with marketing agencies.
  • Ability to professionally speak & present in zoom meetings or phone calls with clients & teams
  • Customer service skills: Ability to send professional emails and handle clients professionally
  • Understands how to work on WordPress websites (making edits, changes, installing plugins, redirects, using page builders to make very basic edits, etc)
  • Knowledge of a variety of technologies and how to use them (CRM, Project management tools like Basecamp/asana, Calendly, Gsuite, google spreadsheets, slack)
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing lingo and basic understanding of digital marketing
  • BONUS POINTS: If you have extensive experience with using seo tools, involved in seo and/or have deep knowledge as well as experience in digital marketing

How do I narrow the results?

What will I see on a job page?

Each listing shows the role, company, location, work format, salary when available, skills when provided, and a job description.

Do I need an account to browse jobs?

Does this site submit job applications for me?

Where do the jobs come from?

Yes. Choose a country in the search form to narrow the listings. A remote role may still have country restrictions, so check its description before applying.

Why do some jobs have no salary listed?

Some listings do not include pay information. We show a salary when it is available and leave it out when it is not provided.

Is the salary filter a monthly or annual amount?

The minimum salary field uses US dollars per year. It filters listings that have comparable salary information.

Can I change or clear my search filters?

Yes. Change the keyword, country, job type, salary, or level in the search form. You can clear individual fields and run a broader search again.
