Position Summary
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and spiritual support to the President and executive leadership team. She ensures smooth communication, scheduling, and coordination across the ministry. With a heart for service and excellence, she helps steward the ministry’s time, resources, and relationships with grace, confidentiality, and Spirit-led discernment.⸻
Qualifications
Spiritual Qualifications
- Confesses Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior; actively growing in her relationship with God.
- Committed to prayer, Scripture study, and Spirit-led service.
- Demonstrates humility, discretion, and spiritual maturity.
Administrative Qualifications
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Proficient in email, calendar management, and basic digital tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
- Experience in administrative support, project coordination, or ministry operations preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.

Commitment & Evaluation
- Approximately 6–8 hours weekly for administrative support, scheduling, and communication.
- Annual performance and spiritual alignment review by the President.
- Expected to uphold the organizational covenant and exemplify its values in every engagement.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
1. Administrative Support
- Manage the President’s calendar, appointments, and meeting logistics.
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and distribute follow-ups for leadership meetings.
- Assist with document preparation, filing, and digital organization.
2. Communication & Coordination
- Serve as a liaison between the President and ministry leaders, partners, and members.
- Draft and manage correspondence, announcements, and reminders.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-through on key initiatives.
3. Project & Event Assistance
- Support planning and coordination of ministry events, retreats, and meetings.
- Track deadlines, RSVPs, and logistics for executive-level projects.
- Collaborate with other directors to ensure alignment and timely execution.
4. Confidentiality & Discretion
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
- Provide a safe and trustworthy presence for internal communications and leadership matters.
5. Spiritual Support & Presence
- Pray regularly for the President and leadership team.
- Maintain a posture of encouragement, discernment, and spiritual attentiveness.
- Support the spiritual atmosphere of meetings and gatherings through prayer and hospitality.
